- 2 cup basmati boil rice
- 1 cut onions,capsicum and Tomato
- 1cup boil peas, carrot and beans
- 3 spoon butter
- 2spoon salt
- 3spoon pulav masalo
- 1/2 cup paneer
- Bay leaf,cinnamon and cloves
- 1spoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 tummeric powder
- 1 red chilli powder
- Salad and boondi raita
- Heat butter in pan add bay leaf cinnamon,clove and saute 30 sec then add cumin seeds.
- Add onion and saute untill it turn light brown add capsicum add boil vegetables .
- Stir fry them 2 min add masala turmeric powder salt add tomato 2 mint fry them .
- Add left over bhaji and boil rice mix well .
- Serve in hot plate beed wooden sizzler plate.
- Serve with salad and boondi raita .
