INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup basmati boil rice
  • 1 cut onions,capsicum and Tomato
  • 1cup boil peas, carrot and beans
  • 3 spoon butter
  • 2spoon salt
  • 3spoon pulav masalo
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • Bay leaf,cinnamon and cloves
  • 1spoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tummeric powder
  • 1 red chilli powder
  • Salad and boondi raita

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Heat butter in pan add bay leaf cinnamon,clove and saute 30 sec then add cumin seeds.

    Add onion and saute untill it turn light brown add capsicum add boil vegetables .

    Stir fry them 2 min add masala turmeric powder salt add tomato 2 mint fry them .

    Add left over bhaji and boil rice mix well .
  5. 5

    Serve in hot plate beed wooden sizzler plate.
  6. 6

    Serve with salad and boondi raita .
