  • FOR Singaporean Ramen Noodles
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 100 gm boneless chicken

    Procedure to make Singaporean ramen noodles: Make slices of mushrooms.

    To marinate chicken add salt, corn flour, crushed black pepper.

    In a bowl add egg, salt and whisk it.

    In a heated pan add oil, whisked egg and prepare an omelette.

    In the same pan add oil and fry the chicken pieces.

    Soak the shiitake mushrooms in soy sauce.

    In a heated pan add oil, chopped garlic, ginger and stir it.

    Add sliced carrots, beans, spring onions, mushrooms, soaked shiitake and stir it.

    Add soya sauce, mix it and add them on a plate.

    In a heated pan add oil, chopped garlic, chilli sauce, oyster sauce and stir it.

    Add ramen noodles and toss it.

    Add fried vegetables, chicken, chicken seasoning and mix them using a fork.

    Add sprouts, spring onion greens and mix it.

    To garnish add fried green bell peppers and Singaporean ramen noodles are ready to serve.
