INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 tbsp desi ghee
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 potato
  • 2 drumsticks
  • water as required
  • 100 gm lady’s finger
  • puri

PREPARATION

    In a pan take some desi ghee and add bay leaves and finely chopped onions to it.

    Once the onions turn brown add tomato, salt, coriander powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder to it.

    Add potatoes, drumstick, water and lady finger to the pan and let the curry cook.

    Serve Sindhi kadhi with puris.
