    Heat 2 tbsps oil in a deep non stick paCut potato into big cubeAdd asafoetida, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves to the pan and sauté till fragranAdd gram flour and mix and sauté till fragranAdd 1½ cups water and mix till smootAdd another 1½ cups water and miHeat 2 tbsps oil in a shallow non stick paAdd bhindi and guar and saute iAdd tomatoes to the gram flour mixture and mix welAdd turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix welAdd potatoes and let them cooAdd ginger, bhindi and guar and mix welWhen the vegetables are cooked, add tamarind pulp and mix welCook for 1-2 minuteServe hot with steamed rice.
