INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gms Lamb
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 150 gms Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Raw Banana
  • 200 gms French Fries
  • For frying Olive Oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Crushed Black Pepper

HOW TO PREPARE SILPANCHO

  1. 1

    Slice lamb thin and beat meat into a thin patty.
  2. 2

    In a large container beat two eggs, add garlic powder, onion powder, crushed black pepper and salt to taste.
  3. 3

    Dip the meat in the beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs.
  4. 4

    In a large pan, heat some oil and place the meat to shallow fry till done.
  5. 5

    In the same pan make a fried egg.
  6. 6

    Cut the raw banana into medium slices and fry in hot oil, fry some French fries as well.
  7. 7

    In a large platter place meat patty on bed of French fries and Banana wedges, followed by steam rice, fried egg and salsa.
  8. 8

    Garnish Silpancho with green and black olives.
