  • FOR Sigri Tikka Makhani
  • {500 gms boneless Chicken, 2 tsp Red chilli powder, 2 tsp Ginger paste, 2 tsp Garlic paste, 1 tbsp Ghee, Salt to test, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil, 2 tsp Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Yogurt, 6 to7 Tomato's.
  • FOR Gravy
  • { 2 tbsp Ghee, 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil, 2 tsp Ginger paste, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Cumin powder, 1 cup Cream, 2 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves.}

    Char Tomato.

    ; In a bowl, add Red chilli powder, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Ghee, Salt to test, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Oil, Lemon juice, Yogurt, boneless Chicken and marinate it.

    ; Grill the marinated Chicken on sigri.

    ; Turn the tomatoes and sprinkle salt on it.

    ; Blend the tomatoes, For Gravy: Heat Ghee and oil in a pan.

    ; Add Ginger Garlic paste, Red chilli powder, 1 Turmeric powder, 1 Coriander powder, 1 Cumin powder, Tomato puree and cook well.

    ; Add grilled Chicken, Cream, Dried Fenugreek leaves and cook well.
