INGREDIENTS

  • For sigri tikka makhani
  • 500 gm boneless chicken
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 6 to7 tomatoes
  • For gravy
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves

PREPARATION

    Char the tomatoes.

    In a bowl add red chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, ghee, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, oil, lemon juice, Yogurt, boneless chicken and marinate it.

    Grill the marinated chicken on sigri, turn the tomatoes and sprinkle salt on it, blend the tomatoes.

    For Gravy: Heat Ghee and oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste.

    Red chilli powder, 1 turmeric powder, 1 coriander powder, 1 cumin powder, tomato puree and cook well.

    Add grilled chicken, cream, dried fenugreek leaves and cook well.
