  • FOR Sigri Tikka Makhani
  • 500 gms boneless Chicken
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt to test
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 6 to7 Tomato's.
  • FOR Gravy
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves.

    Char Tomato.

    In a bowl, add Red chilli powder, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Ghee, Salt to test, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Oil, Lemon juice, Yogurt, boneless Chicken and marinate it.

    Grill the marinated Chicken on sigri.

    Turn the tomatoes and sprinkle salt on it.
  5. 5

    Blend the tomatoes, For Gravy: Heat Ghee and oil in a pan.

    Add Ginger Garlic paste, Red chilli powder, 1 Turmeric powder, 1 Coriander powder, 1 Cumin powder, Tomato puree and cook well.

    Add grilled Chicken, Cream, Dried Fenugreek leaves and cook well.
