In a mixer add chopped onions, soaked pomegranate seeds, ginger, green chillies, coriander, poppy seeds, water and blend it into a coarse paste. in a bowl take dry yeast, add sugar, water and mix well, keep aside for 6 to 7 minutes. in a bowl take wheat flour, make a well in centre and add yeast, ghee salt, water and knead into a soft dough. with help of fingers flatten small piece of dough and fill the mixture in the centre. close the dough and make siddu shaped into small buns. leave them aside for 15 minutes to rest. brush ghee on siddu and place them in the hot steamer. steam till it becomes fluff. serve hot siddu with ghee.
