  • 400 gms Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 100 gms Walnuts
  • 6 to 8 Apricots
  • 100 gms Raisins
  • 100 gms Cashew nuts
  • 100 gms Pistachio
  • 5 Seedless Dates
  • Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
  • ½ tsp Dry Ginger Powder
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • Few Strands Saffron
  • ½ tsp Dried Rose Petals
  • ½ cup Coconut powder

    Cut cheese into dices add oil in a pan and fry them crisp brown and sugar. in a bowl add walnuts, apricots, raisins, cashew nuts, pistachio, seedless dates, water and let them soak for some time. add soaked dry fruits in the pan and fry. add cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, cinnamon powder, few strands saffron in the pan and sauté. add dry rose petals and desiccated coconut powder. garnish with dry rose petals and serve.
