Take the shrimps in a bowl and season them with salt black pepper powder and lemon juice. Let them marinate for 10 minutes. Drizzle oil in a grill pan and grill the slices of the bread. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and chopped cherry tomatoes. Toss well and set aside. In a bowl, put the finely chopped tomatoes and add the garlic tomato mixture. Add caper berries, chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and finely chopped basil leaves. Mix them all well. Pour some oil again in the grill pan and grill the shrimps from both sides. Mix the grilled shrimp in the same bowl. Take the grilled bread slices and top them with the shrimp mixture and place on a serving plate. Garnish with chives and serve hot.
