INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 to 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 to 3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 cup par boiled and sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced tomato
  • 1 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced yellow and red bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp All ground spice
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: chopped coriander

HOW TO PREPARE SHIMLA MIRCH KI SABZI

    Heat a pan with cooking oil.
  2. 2

    To the hot oil add some cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, onion slices and par boiled sliced potatoes.
  3. 3

    When the potatoes are cooked well, add sliced tomato and sliced green, red and yellow bell peppers.

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Add crushed coriander seeds, salt and all ground spice.
  6. 6

    Mix again.
  7. 7

    Toss and cook the vegetables for some time.
  8. 8

    Transfer it to a serving dish.
  9. 9

    Garnish it with chopped coriander.
