  • 3 cups refined flour
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • Saffron
  • For Serving: Aloo kaliya

    Heat ghee in a pan and let it melt.

    In a bowl, combine refined flour, sugar, milk, and melted ghee.
  3. 3

    Mix to form a dough and continue kneading until ghee is absorbed by the dough, making it smooth.

    Rest the dough for some time and then make small dumplings from it.
  5. 5

    Roll out the dumplings to form rotis.
  6. 6

    Heat a pan and place the rotis, one at a time.
  7. 7

    Brush them with the saffron flavoured milk.
  8. 8

    Cook the rotis on both sides.
  9. 9

    Serve hot with aloo kaliya.
