  • 1 lit milk
  • ½ tsp saffron
  • 12-15 dates
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2-3 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 cup chironji
  • 8-10 pistachios
  • 10-12 almonds
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 200 gm vermicelli
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • saffron

    To make Sheer Khurma, add milk, saffron, dates and condensed milk in a pan and let it cook till it thickens.

    In a pan, roast almondette seeds, pistachios, almonds and raisins in desi ghee and mix it in the milk.

    Add macaroni (sewai) in the same pan fry it and cook it in the milk.

    Now add crushed cardamom to it and mix.

    Sheer Khurma is ready, serve it with saffron.
