In water, add Sheer Chai leaves and baking Soda. Add water, boil till tea concentrates to Red colour. Add water and boil for 3 minutes. Add Crushed Almonds, Green cardamom powder and boil. Add Milk, Salt and bring Tea to boil. Garnish with Malai, Green cardamom powder Almonds. For Chochwor: Mix Wheat Flour, Baking Soda, Baking powder, Milk powder, Salt and make a soft dough using water. Divide dough equally and shape it like a cookie. Press in the centre to create an indent. Mix Milk powder, Milk and apply on the dough bolls. Sprinkle White Sesame seeds on each dough balls. Bake in a preheated Oven at 180 C for 12 Minutes. Serve Sheer Chai with Chochwor.
