INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ½ cup dry fruits
  • 1 tbsp khoya
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cashew paste
  • ¼ tsp rose water
  • ½ tsp saffron water.
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 3 tbsp sugar

HOW TO PREPARE SHEER BRUNJ

    Heat ghee and fry dry fruits and remove.
  2. 2

    In same pan add rice, khoya, ghee and cook on low flame.
  3. 3

    Add cashew paste, rose water, saffron water, raisins and stir.
  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix.
  5. 5

    Garnish Sheer Brunj with fried dry fruits.
