INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Melon seeds
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Rose syrup
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Full Cream Milk

HOW TO PREPARE SHARBAT E KHAS

  1. 1

    In a pan add, almonds, melon seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, cardamom powder and stir it well
  2. 2

    Make paste of it in mortar pastle
  3. 3

    In a bowl add paste, rose syrup, coconut milk and milk in it and serve it chilled.
