INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm minced keema
  • 1/2 cup of soaked chana dal
  • 1 tsp shahi jeera
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriender powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup Mint leafs
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Boiled potato(medium size)
  • Oil for fry
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1small onion

PREPARATION

    In a pressure cooker,heat 2 tsp ghee,add 1tsp shahi jeera,add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,add 500 gm keema,1/2 cup soaked chana dal,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp garam masala powder,2 green chilli,add coriander & mint leaves and salt to taste mix well & cooked it for 30 minutes on medium flame till the keema is cooked.

    After 30 minutes place the keema in a bowl & finely grind all the mixture.after grind add into this 1 boiled & mashed potato,1 small chopped onion, 2 chopped green chilli,add 1 egg into this mixture & mix it well.

    Make the medium size tikki's.

    In a pan heat the oil for frying and fry the all tikki.

    Garnish it with a sliced onion,capcicum,tomato & coriander leaves.
