Shahi Tukda

  • 8 bread slices
  • 2 tsp clarified butter
  • FOR rabdi
  • 500mlmilk
  • Saffrona pinch
  • Cardamom powdera pinch
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tsp Refined flour
  • Water as required
  • FOR garnish
  • Pistachios chopped
  • almonds chopped
  • Edible silver leaf

    Toast the bread slices.

    Apply clarified butter on them.
  3. 3

    Heat milk in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add saffron, cardamom powder, and fresh cream.
  5. 5

    Stir the mixture well.
  6. 6

    Add refined flour to a bowl and mix well with water.
  7. 7

    Pour the mixture in the pan.
  8. 8

    Allow the milk rabdi to boil until it becomes thick.
  9. 9

    Halve the bread slices in triangles.
  10. 10

    Pour the prepared rabdi over it.
  11. 11

    Garnish the bread with pistachios, almonds, and edible silver leaf.
