INGREDIENTS

  • FOR seviyan
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 cup vermicelli
  • 1 tbsp pistachiosfinely chopped
  • 1 tbsp almondsfinely chopped
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1cardamom pod
  • FOR garnish
  • brown sugar
  • condensed milk
  • almondsfinely chopped
  • pistachiosfinely chopped
  • saffron

HOW TO PREPARE SEVIYAN

    Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. 2

    Add the vermicelli and roast until golden brown.
  3. 3

    Add the sugar and water and mix well.
  4. 4

    Add the chopped dry fruits and mix.
  5. 5

    Add a pod of cardamom.
  6. 6

    Serve in a glass garnished with brown sugar, condensed milk, chopped almonds, pistachios, and saffron.
