INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams jaggery
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Dry fruits

HOW TO PREPARE SEVAI

  1. 1

    Soak the jaggery in water.
  2. 2

    In a bowl, add wheat flour, water and prepare a soft dough.
  3. 3

    Roll out the dough into sevai with hands and sundry it.
  4. 4

    Add water in a pan and let it boil.
  5. 5

    Boil the sevai in the pan.
  6. 6

    Strain the jaggery in a bowl.
  7. 7

    Dip the sevai in jaggery syrup and let it soak.
  8. 8

    Garnish with ghee, dry fruits and serve.
