INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 1/2 cup khaman dhokla
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • asafoetida
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1/2 cup moong sprouts
  • pink salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • For garnish
  • sev
  • pomegranate seeds
  • green chutney

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    crumble the khaman dhokla in a bowl. In a heated pan, add olive oil, a pinch of asafoetida, mustard seeds and let it splutter.

    add grated garlic and saute. Add green chilli paste and mix. Add moong sprouts and toss it. Add pink salt as per taste and mix it well.

    add turmeric powder and mix it. Add crumbled khaman and mix it well. Add lemon juice and toss it nicely.

    garnish with green chutney, sev, pomegranate seeds and serve.
