HOW TO PREPARE SCONES WITH CREAM AND KIWI

    For the scones: In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, butter, sugar and salt.

    Mix them well.
  3. 3

    Then, add milk and sour cream.
  4. 4

    Mix them well to form a soft dough.
  5. 5

    Make small circular- shaped dough from it and place it on a baking tray.
  6. 6

    Brush the mixture of milk and egg on the dough.
  7. 7

    Pre-heat the oven at 200� C and bake them for 10-15 minutes.
  8. 8

    Once the scones are done, cut them into equal halves.
  9. 9

    For the cream: Whip heavy cream in a mixing bowl.
  10. 10

    Add sour cream and icing sugar.
  11. 11

    Whip them thoroughly.
  12. 12

    Apply whipped cream on every scone.
  13. 13

    Then, place a slice of kiwi on them and cover them with other half of the scone.
