INGREDIENTS

  • 225 gms Wheat Flour
  • 25 gms caster Sugar
  • Cumin Seeds
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 50 gms Butter
  • 150 ml Buttermilk

HOW TO PREPARE SCONES

    Take 225 gms Wheat flour and add 25 gms caster sugar, cumin seeds, 3 tsp baking powder and 50 gms chilled butter.

    Mix well and add 150 ml buttermilk and knead the flour into a dough.

    Dust some flour on the rolling board and rolling pin and roll it into a thick sheet.

    Cut into circles using a cookie cutter and place it on a baking tray lined with silicon mat.

    Bake it in a preheated oven at 220'C for 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6

    Scones are ready.
