Schezwan Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gm desi ghee
  • 100 gm caster sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  • ¼ cup semolina
  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp saffron milk
  • Flour

HOW TO PREPARE SCHEZWAN POTATOES

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic to it.
  2. 2

    Add schezwan sauce to it and sauté? well.
  3. 3

    Season the sauce with garam masala, chaat masala, and salt.
  4. 4

    Cook well.
  5. 5

    Thread the diced capsicum and baby potatoes alternately.
  6. 6

    Coat these skewers with the sauce.
  7. 7

    Heat oil in a grilling pan and grill the potato skewers until light brown.
  8. 8

    Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the skewers.
  9. 9

    For the salad, mix honey, red chilli flakes, sesame seeds, salt, chaat masala, spring onion greens, julienned cabbage, carrot curls, and oil in a bowl.

    In a serving dish, arrange the potato skewers along with the salad.
  11. 11

    Garnish with sesame seeds red chilli flakes, and chopped spring onion greens.
