INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Schezwan Potatoes
  • {2 tbsp oil, 5 to 6 baby potatoes, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garlic cloves, 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chaat masala, salt to taste, 1 green capsicum diced, Sesame seeds },
  • FOR Salad
  • {1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp spring onion greens, ½ tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp sesame seeds, salt to taste, crushed black pepper, Carrots curls, ½ cabbage juliennes}

HOW TO PREPARE SCHEZWAN POTATOES

    Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic to it.

    ; Add schezwan sauce to it and sauté? well.
  3. 3

    ; Season the sauce with garam masala, chaat masala, and salt.
  4. 4

    ; Cook well.
  5. 5

    ; Thread the diced capsicum and baby potatoes alternately.
  6. 6

    ; Coat these skewers with the sauce.
  7. 7

    ; Heat oil in a grilling pan and grill the potato skewers until light brown.
  8. 8

    ; Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the skewers.
  9. 9

    ; For the salad, mix honey, red chilli flakes, sesame seeds, salt, chaat masala, spring onion greens, julienned cabbage, carrot curls, and oil in a bowl.

    ; In a serving dish, arrange the potato skewers along with the salad.

    ; Garnish with sesame seeds red chilli flakes, and chopped spring onion greens.
