INGREDIENTS

  • For Schezwan Potatoes: 2 tbsp oil 5 to 6 baby potatoes 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp garlic cloves 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce 1 tsp garam masala ½ tsp chaat masala salt to taste 1 green capsicum diced Sesame seeds
  • For Salad: 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp spring onion greens
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • salt to taste
  • crushed black pepper
  • Carrots curls
  • ½ cabbage juliennes

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic to it. Add schezwan sauce to it and sauté? well. Season the sauce with garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Cook well. Thread the diced capsicum and baby potatoes alternately. Coat these skewers with the sauce. Heat oil in a grilling pan and grill the potato skewers until light brown. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the skewers. For the salad, mix honey, red chilli flakes, sesame seeds, salt, chaat masala, spring onion greens, julienned cabbage, carrot curls, and oil in a bowl. In a serving dish, arrange the potato skewers along with the salad. Garnish with sesame seeds red chilli flakes, and chopped spring onion greens.
