INGREDIENTS

  • Curd - 100 gm
  • Suji - 125 gm
  • Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • Chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Basil - 2 leaves

PREPARATION

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Whisk well until the bater becomes fluffy.
  3. 3

    Now take a steamer and put 200ml of water for boiling.
  4. 4

    Now do proper oiling on the idli plate.
  5. 5

    Spred the bater evenly on the idli plate.
  6. 6

    Now let it cook for 15 min.
  7. 7

    Remove it carefull from the idli plate.
  8. 8

    Garnish it with fresh basil leaves,and serve it well.
