- Curd - 100 gm
- Suji - 125 gm
- Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- Chilli paste - 1 tsp
- Basil - 2 leaves
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk well until the bater becomes fluffy.
- Now take a steamer and put 200ml of water for boiling.
- Now do proper oiling on the idli plate.
- Spred the bater evenly on the idli plate.
- Now let it cook for 15 min.
- Remove it carefull from the idli plate.
- Garnish it with fresh basil leaves,and serve it well.
