INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 cup mushrooms, Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

HOW TO PREPARE SAUTED MUSHROOM

    In a saucepan, add oil, unsalted butter, chopped garlic, tomato ketchup and lime juice.

    Mix it up.

    Then, add quartered mushrooms, salt, sugar and soya sauce.

    Stir all the ingredients so that the mushrooms are well-coated with the mixture.

    Cook it for 10-15 minutes.

    Saut�ed mushrooms are best served hot.
