  • 50 gms Mushroom
  • 100 gms Sausages
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • Garlic bread
  • 30 gms cheese

    Cut the garlic bread into pieces. Peel and chop 50 gms mushroom. Chop 100 gms sausages. In a pan, add some olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Saute the mushrooms in the pan and season it with salt and pepper and keep it aside. Add some more olive oil to the pan and sauté the sausages till they turn pink and keep them aside. In a bowl, add 100 ml fresh cream, 100 ml milk. Season it with mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Add 1 egg to the mixture. Also add the mushrooms and sausages. Add garlic bread pieces and 30 gms grated cheese and mix well. Grease the cups with some butter and pour the mixture and add more cheese. Place the cups in a water bath and bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 160’C for 20 minutes. Sausage & Mushroom Quiche is ready.
