Sattu and Kalakand Ki Lassi

INGREDIENTS

  • For sattu
  • 2 tbsp sattu
  • ½ tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • black salt to taste
  • rock salt
  • ½ tsp dry mango powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • water as required
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • coriander leaves
  • For kalakand lassi
  • 100 gm kalakand
  • 2 cup curd pistachios
  • water as required

PREPARATION

    In an earthen pot, whisk together the kalakand, curd and water.

    Now pour it in glass and garnish with pistachios. Sattu - In an earthen pot mix together sattu, cumin powder, black salt, rock salt, dry mango powder and black pepper.

    Add water and whisk properly.

    In a glass, add coriander leaves and onion and pour the liquid sattu over it and serve.
