INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 to 3 chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 3 to 4 tbsp chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp maize flour
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • 1 cup green puree of spinach

  • salt to taste
  • For ServingRotis
  • For Garnish White butter

PREPARATION

    Heat clarified butter in a pan and add cumin seeds garlic, green chillies, onion, tomato (all chopped), maize flour, salt and all ground spice, Mix well. Add green puree and mix again. Serve it with rotis and garnish it with white butter.
