INGREDIENTS

  • 8-10 dry kashmiri red chillies
  • 11/2 tbsp bengal gram
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 11/2 tbsp toor dal
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 2 tsp masoor dal
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil

PREPARATION

    Heat the oil in a pan.

    Add whole dry red Kashmiri chillies, coriander seed, fenugreek seeds, Bengal gram, turmeric powder, asafoetida and masoor dal.

    Roast all Ingredients.

    Blend them in a blender.
  5. 5

    Sambhar masala is ready.
