INGREDIENTS

  • 8-10 Dry Kashmiri red chillies
  • 11/2tbsp Bengal Gram
  • 1tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 11/2tbsp Toor dal
  • 1tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2tsp Asafoetida
  • 2tsp Masoor dal
  • 1/2tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2tbsp oil

HOW TO PREPARE SAMBHAR MASALA

    Heat the oil in a pan.

    Add whole dry red Kashmiri chillies, coriander seed, fenugreek seeds, Bengal gram, turmeric powder, asafoetida and masoor dal.

    Roast all Ingredients.

    Blend them in a blender.
  5. 5

    Sambhar masala is ready.
