  • 3-4 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • 2-3 spring onions
  • potato straws
  • coriander leaves
  • 6 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • water to sprinkle
  • spring onions
  • coriander leaves

    Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, finely chopped onions, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, chopped tomato, spring onions, potato straws and coriander leaves.

    Now put one egg at a time on this mixture, sprinkle some salt and water over it, close the lid and cook.

    Remove from the pan, garnish with coriander and serve hot.
