  • 1 blanched carrot
  • 2 to 3 blanched french beans
  • 1 baby corns
  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • lemon wedges
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sweet corn
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 pizza base
  • 2 -3 tbsp tomato sauce

    Heat olive oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, chopped onions and saute.

    Add chopped cabbage,red, yellow and green bell pepper juliennes, chopped blanched carrot, blanched French beans, baby corn, garam masala, pepper and salt and mix well.

    On the pizza base, apply tomato sauce and top it up with the vegetable mixture, grated cheese, lemon juice and sweet corns.

    Spread olive oil on a baking tray, place the pizza on it and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180'C for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Subzi Milli Julli pizza is ready to be served.
