INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sago
  • 1 cup potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp green chillies
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, Salt to taste
  • 2 cup oil

HOW TO PREPARE SABUDANA VADA

    In a bowl, take sago, soaked and boiled potatoes, roasted peanuts, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.

    Mix it well.

    Make flat vadas from the mix.
  4. 4

    In a pan, heat oil and deep-fry the vadas until they turn golden brown.
  5. 5

    Place them on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  6. 6

    Serve it piping hot.
