INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sago
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 tbsp green chillies
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cup oil

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, take sago, soaked and boiled potatoes, roasted peanuts, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice. Mix it well.

    Make flat vadas from the mix.

    In a pan, heat oil and deep-fry the vadas until they turn golden brown.

    Place them on tissue paper to remove excess oil.

    Serve it piping hot.
