INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup Sabudana
  • 2 boil potatoes
  • peanuts
  • 2 Green Chillies finally chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black papper
  • Red chilli
  • 1 Tomatto
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

PREPARATION

    Firstly roast the peanuts in the pan till the color changes to light brown. After that pour some oil/ghee in the pan and put sliced boiled potatoes in it along with cumin seeds. Saute them for 10-15 mins. Once the potatoes become light golden brown color (flame should be low to medium), then add sliced tomatoes and finely chopped green chillies to it. Saute them for 5 mins. Add all the spices like salt, black pepper and red pepper to it and stir them well. Once all the spices are cooked, add sabudana to the pan and stir it to another 5 mins. Now serve this healthy sabudana Khichdi in a plate. Ready to eat!!!.
