INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup French beans
  • ¼ cup blanched green peas
  • ¼ cup carrots
  • cup pineapple
  • ¼ cup boiled potatoes
  • ½ cup veg mayonnaise
  • ½ French bread
  • 2 to 3 lettuce leaves
  • 4 Cherries
  • Butter
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • Chips
  • 1 slice Cucumber
  • Carrot salad

HOW TO PREPARE RUSSIAN SALAD SANDWICH

    In a bowl mix blanched and chopped French beans, blanched green peas, blanched and chopped carrots, chopped pineapple, and boiled potatoes.

    Add veg mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper powder.

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Slit French bread to open it up and apply butter inside.
  5. 5

    Keep one or two lettuce leaves in the gap.
  6. 6

    Place the salad mixture on the leaves.
  7. 7

    Place some cherries on the top and cover with the top slit bread.

    Pierce a stick with a cucumber slice through the sandwich.

    Place some carrot salad on the serving plate.
  10. 10

    Serve the sandwich with some chips.
