- Chocolate sponge cake -250gm
- Almonds (choppe- 5nos
- Cashew nuts (choppe- 5nos
- Raisins -6-8nos
- Nutmeg powder -pinch
- Cardamom powder -pinch
- Cinnamon powder -pinch
- White rum -45ml
- Chocolate (melte-125gm
- Crumble cake in clean bowl.
- Add chopped almonds, cashew nuts and raisins.
- Add cardamom powde,r cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder.
- Add white rum, melted chocolate and melted butter and mix will.
- Make small soft balls out of mixture and place it in the tray.
- Place the tray in the deep freezer for about 1 hour to retain its shape .
- Take out the trayll and coat it with the melted chocolate and drizzle it with a white chocolate to make it more attractive.
- And allow it to set for another 30 minutes.
