INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm Chicken
  • 50 gm Dry Coconut
  • 250 gm Onions , rougly chopped
  • 200 gm Tomatoes , roughly chhoped
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds 3 tsp
  • 125 gm Curd , (1/2 GlasMilk
  • Chicken Masala (any brand)
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • ***For Tandoori Rooti****
  • Maida (all purpose flour)
  • oil
  • Salt (according to taste)

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    **ROYAL CHICKEN**.

    In a pan, roast some dry coconut , coriander seeds and keep it aside.
  3. 3

    Then add 2 tsp oil in the pan and add roughly chopped Onions and fry it lightly for some time.
  4. 4

    Add these above roasted spices , Onions, Ginger-Garlic Paste ,Tomatoes,Turmeric,Red chilly powder and Chicken Masala to a mixer grinder add some water accordingly and make fine paste of these ingredients.

    In a vessel , add 2-3 tsp Oil.
  6. 6

    Add some fresh curry leaves to the oil .
  7. 7

    Then add the paste that we made and let it cook on dim flame .
  8. 8

    Now its time to add Chicken (nicely washeand nicely mix it with the paste.

    Now add the Curd and mix it as well.
  10. 10

    Add some Salt (according to taste).

    And cover the vessel with a lid. Keeping the flame low.

    Let the Chicken cook for 10 mins on dim flame then add some milk (1/2 Glasand keep it cooking for more 5-10 mins on low flame.

    Chicken will be ready.

    Garnish it with Coriander Leaves and its ready to serve.

    ***For Tandoori Roti***.

    In a vessel, add some maida(all purpose flou.
  17. 17

    Add some Salt (according to tastand 1 tsp Oil .
  18. 18

    Then add water accordingly and prepare a soft Dough.
  19. 19

    Heat a pan , Make round maida rotis and place them on pan .
  20. 20

    Roughly cook only one side of the Roti on the pan .
  21. 21

    Turn the Roti and cook the next side directly on Gas Flame .
  22. 22

    Do not over cook the Rotis .
  23. 23

    Tandoori Rotis are ready to serve.
