Rosemary Potatoes
Baby potatoes tossed with rosemary is a classic combination, made more appetising with the tongue tickling tang of cherry tomatoes.

  • 18 to 20 baby boiled potatoes
  • 8 to 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • Few fresh rosemary leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

    Chop the baby potatoes into halves.

    Cut cherry tomatoes too in the same way.
  3. 3

    Heat a olive oil in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add chopped garlic and red chilli flakes.
  5. 5

    Add the chopped potatoes to this and mix well.
  6. 6

    When the potatoes become crisp, add the chopped cherry tomatoes.
  7. 7

    Add salt and fresh rosemary leaves.
  8. 8

    Transfer it to a serving dish.
  9. 9

    Garnish it with parsley.
