Rose Mango Thandai
For the thandai masala, soak almond, cardamom, fennel seeds and poppy seeds for five hours. Then add chilled milk, rose and mango syrup, garnish it with almonds, rose petals and saffron.

  • 100 ml milk
  • Sugar
  • 2 3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 to 3 tbsp mango syrup
  • 1 tsp badam flakes
  • A pinch of saffron
  • Rose petals
