INGREDIENTS

  • For Dough
  • 1½ cups refined flour
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder
  • water
  • For Filling
  • 2 to 3 walnuts
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • ½ tsp refined flour
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder
  • For Garnish
  • condensed milk
  • dry fruits

PREPARATION

    Mix refined flour, cinnamon powder, olive oil, powdered sugar and knead them to form a dough. Roll out the dough to make the pie crust.

    In a heated pan, add powdered sugar, water and mix until the sugar melts. Place the apple slices in the pan and cook until they soften.
  3. 3

    Place the pie crust in the greased pie dish and trim the extra dough from the sides. Add chopped walnuts, icing sugar and refined flour and place the pie dish in the baking pot.

    Bake the pie for 5 - 7 minutes in a preheated baking pot. Roll the apple slices in the shape of a rose. Cover the pie with apple roses and bake for 15 - 16 minutes.

    Demold the pie and garish it with condensed milk and dry fruits.
