Roasted Broccoli

Chef Shipra Khanna believes a diet food doesn’t necessarily be boiled or steamed. You can roast them to perfection along with your favourite marination. This Roasted Broccoli marinated in curd is truly irresistible and easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp whisked yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • For salad: 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Bell peppers

HOW TO PREPARE ROASTED BROCCOLI

    In a pan, add water and let it boil Add broccoli florets to blanch Add the blanched broccoli in iced cold water.

    In a bowl, add yoghurt, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, vinegar, salt as per taste, black pepper and mix it well Marinate the blanched broccoli in the mixture for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Grease the baking tray with oil Add the marinated broccoli and bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 10 - 15 minutes.
