INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp whisked yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • For salad: 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Bell peppers

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add water and let it boil. Add broccoli florets to blanch. Add the blanched broccoli in iced cold water.

    In a bowl, add yoghurt, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, vinegar, salt as per taste, black pepper and mix it well. Marinate the blanched broccoli in the mixture for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Grease the baking tray with oil. Add the marinated broccoli and bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 10 - 15 minutes.
