INGREDIENTS

  • olive oil as required
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp finely chopped onions
  • 4 to 5 tbsp leeks chopped
  • 5 to 6 chopped mushrooms
  • 4 to 5 baby corns
  • 1 cup red
  • yellow
  • and green bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup risotto soaked rice
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 5 to 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 to 12 sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 tsp dried parsley
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • water
  • For Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese
  • sun dried tomatoes
  • Dry parsley

HOW TO PREPARE RISOTTO

    Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. 2

    Saute chopped garlic and onions.
  3. 3

    Add some chopped leeks chopped mushrooms, baby corns, and chopped red, yellow, and green bell peppers.

    Mix well.

    Add soaked risotto rice to the pan.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Mix again.

    Add adequate water to the pan.

    Add fresh cream grated parmesan cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and dried parsley.

    Mix again and cook.

    Transfer the risotto to a plate.

    Garnish with some grated parmesan cheese sun dried tomatoes, and dried parsley.
