INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups rice cooked
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp sugar powdered
  • 2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg powder
  • chopped nuts
  • raisins
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • salt
  • oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar

PREPARATION

    In a mixer add the cooked rice and milk. Blend well. Add condensed milk and blend again. Set aside in a bowl. In the same mixer jar, add one egg and one egg yolk. Blend well. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder and blend again. Pour the egg mixture in the cooked rice milk mixture bowl and mix well. Add chopped nuts, raisins, breadcrumbs, and salt. Mix well. Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the prepared batter. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 30 40 minutes. Sprinkle some sugar over the baked pudding and caramelise using a blowtorch.
