Rice Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup white chocolate shavings
  • 5 to 6 tart shells
  • 2 boondi ladoos frozen
  • few cherries

HOW TO PREPARE RICE PUDDING

    In a mixer add the cooked rice and milk.

    Blend well.
  3. 3

    Add condensed milk and blend again.
  4. 4

    Set aside in a bowl.
  5. 5

    In the same mixer jar, add one egg and one egg yolk.
  6. 6

    Blend well.
  7. 7

    Add powdered sugar, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder and blend again.
  8. 8

    Pour the egg mixture in the cooked rice milk mixture bowl and mix well.
  9. 9

    Add chopped nuts, raisins, breadcrumbs, and salt.

    Mix well.

    Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the prepared batter.
  12. 12

    Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 30 40 minutes.
  13. 13

    Sprinkle some sugar over the baked pudding and caramelise using a blowtorch.
