  • 1 cup red rice; 4 to 5 Almonds soaked; 1½ cups milk; tsp saffron; 6 to 8 soaked almonds; 1 tsp ghee; 1 cup mango pulp; 2 to 3 tbsp sugar; ½ cup canned pineapple; 1 cup coconut cream; mango pulp; Dry cranberries; Mint leaf

    In a mixer jar grind red rice and soaked almonds to make a coarse mixture.

    ; Transfer it to a bowl.

    ; Add milk and mix well.
  4. 4

    ; In a pan, dry roast saffron and soaked almonds.
  5. 5

    ; Add ghee, red rice almond mixture, mango pulp, sugar, and canned pineapple.

    ; Mix well and cook till phirni is cooked.
  7. 7

    ; Transfer phirni to serving jars.
  8. 8

    ; Garnish with mango pulp dry cranberries, and mint leaf.
