INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup red rice
  • 4 to 5 Almonds soaked
  • 1½ cups milk
  • tsp saffron
  • 6 to 8 soaked almonds
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup canned pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • mango pulp
  • Dry cranberries
  • Mint leaf

HOW TO PREPARE RED RICE FRUIT PHIRNI

    In a mixer jar grind red rice and soaked almonds to make a coarse mixture.

    Transfer it to a bowl.
  3. 3

    Add milk and mix well.
  4. 4

    In a pan, dry roast saffron and soaked almonds.
  5. 5

    Add ghee, red rice almond mixture, mango pulp, sugar, and canned pineapple.
  6. 6

    Mix well and cook till phirni is cooked.
  7. 7

    Transfer phirni to serving jars.
  8. 8

    Garnish with mango pulp dry cranberries, and mint leaf.
