INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup red rice
  • 4 to 5 Almonds soaked
  • 1½ cups milk
  • tsp saffron
  • 6 to 8 soaked almonds
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup canned pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • mango pulp
  • Dry cranberries
  • Mint leaf

PREPARATION

    In a mixer jar grind red rice and soaked almonds to make a coarse mixture. Transfer it to a bowl. Add milk and mix well. In a pan, dry roast saffron and soaked almonds. Add ghee, red rice almond mixture, mango pulp, sugar, and canned pineapple. Mix well and cook till phirni is cooked. Transfer phirni to serving jars. Garnish with mango pulp dry cranberries, and mint leaf.
