These fruity gram pancakes can also be made using wheat flour. It contains pumpkin puree, clove powder, cinnamon powder, a dash of salt, milk and can be served with maple syrup, chutney or butter!

  • ¼ cup refined flour
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp clove powder
  • ½ tsp dry ginger powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • Cooking sodaa pinch
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt
  • Butter
  • Green chutney
  • Honey

    For the batter combine refined flour, pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, clove powder, dry ginger powder, cinnamon powder, salt, cooking soda, and milk.

    Mix well.

    Heat butter in a pan.

    Pour a little portion of batter to make the chillas.

    Cook on both sides.

    Serve with butter, green chutney, and honey.
