  • ¼ cup refined flour
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp clove powder
  • ½ tsp dry ginger powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • Cooking soda pinch
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt
  • Butter
  • Green chutney
  • Honey

PREPARATION

    For the batter combine refined flour, pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, clove powder, dry ginger powder, cinnamon powder, salt, cooking soda, and milk. Mix well. Heat butter in a pan. Pour a little portion of batter to make the chillas. Cook on both sides. Serve with butter, green chutney, and honey.
