INGREDIENTS

  • Half spoon Mustard seeds
  • Half spoon cumin
  • One spoon curry leaves
  • Half cup onion, peas, ground nut,potato (fine chop), tomatoes,green chill
  • Full cup of grated raw mango
  • 2 cup Sooji
  • Water as per required
  • Half spoon Sugar
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice coriander

PREPARATION

    In a pan put some oil now add mustard seeds, cumin, then put curry leaves and green chilli now Add all the veggies one by one or you can some more veggies what you like to add saute it for little time and put salt as per ur taste now it's time to put raw mango stir it well and give some time to it now after some time stir it again now put Sooji and mix it now put water in it....stir it continues and when it's get thick then sugar and lemon mix it welGarnish it with coriander and raw mango and keep green chilli on toReady 😊.
