Raw Banana Fritters
Peel raw green bananas and chop them finely like fries. Then serve it on a banana leaf and season it with salt, red chilli powder and roasted carom seeds.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 raw green bananas
  • 1½ cup water and turmeric mixture
  • oil for frying
  • Banana leaves
  • salt
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp carom seeds roasted

HOW TO PREPARE RAW BANANA FRITTERS

    Peel the raw green bananas and slice them vertically.
  2. 2

    Soak the banana slices in the water and turmeric mixture.
  3. 3

    Heat oil for deep frying.
  4. 4

    Drain water from the banana slices and deep fry the the chips until crisp.
  5. 5

    Remove the banana chips on a tissue paper.
  6. 6

    Line a bowl with banana leaves, arrange the banana chips and garnish with salt, red chilli powder, and roasted carom seeds.
