  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped diced tomato
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1tsp cumin's
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • salt
  • 2 cups soaked green grams
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pasta sheets

    In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp turmeric, salt as per taste, 1/2 cup soaked moong dal, 1 boiled potato, 1 finely chopped and deseeded tomato and sauté lightly. Ravioli filling is ready. In another pan, heat some water and add salt, white vinegar and poach an egg. Apply water to the sides of a pasta sheet and place the ravioli filling at the centre. Seal the ends of the sheet and poach it in the same water that was used to poach the egg. Poach the ravioli for 2 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add spring onions and tomatoes. Pan fry the ravioli and serve it the spring onion, tomato and Bangla style kadhi.
