INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped diced tomato
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1tsp cumin's
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • salt
  • 2 cups soaked green grams
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pasta sheets

HOW TO PREPARE RAVIOLI STYLE

    In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.

    Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp turmeric, salt as per taste, 1/2 cup soaked moong dal, 1 boiled potato, 1 finely chopped and deseeded tomato and sauté lightly.

    Ravioli filling is ready.

    In another pan, heat some water and add salt, white vinegar and poach an egg.
  5. 5

    Apply water to the sides of a pasta sheet and place the ravioli filling at the centre.
  6. 6

    Seal the ends of the sheet and poach it in the same water that was used to poach the egg.
  7. 7

    Poach the ravioli for 2 minutes.
  8. 8

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add spring onions and tomatoes.
