Heat some clarified butter in a pan and roast semolina (rava) in it on a low flame till the colour turns a light brown. Add sugar to it and mix. Simultaneously, pour milk and water in another pan and allow it to boil. Slowly pour the boiled milk into the roasted semolina stirring the mixture constantly. Add chopped pineapple, cardamom powder, raisins and pomegranate seeds. Mix well. Let it cook till it becomes thick. Transfer the sheera to a serving plate. Garnish it with some black raisins.
