  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp green chillies
  • 1 1½ tbsp refined flour
  • 2 tbsp yogurt cheese
  • 3 4 tbsp lukewarm milk
  • 3 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp yogurt cheese
  • bread crumbs
  • lukewarm water
  • salt

    In a bowl take some semolina, chopped coriander, green chillies, salt, cumin seeds and a little baking powder and mix these well.

    Add a little refined flour to this, with yogurt cheese.

    Next add a little lukewarm milk to the bowl and blend well with the hand.

    Make the semolina mixture into fine shapes.
  5. 5

    Take bread crumbs in a separate bowl.

    Coat the shaped semolina mix with bread crumbs.

    Set them aside for frying in olive oil in a pan.

    Fry both sides until they turn golden brown in colour.

    Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a serving dish.

    Separately, heat olive oil in a pan.

    Saute chopped green chillies cumin seeds and yogurt cheese.

    Mix them well adding a little lukewarm water.

    Stir until the texture becomes thick and spread it over the cutlets.

    Garnish the cutlets with chopped coriander leaves.
