INGREDIENTS

  • 20 dried red chillies
  • 1 cup toor dal
  • 1 cup bengal gram
  • 1 cup coriander seeds
  • 3 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 3 tbsp cumin seeds

PREPARATION

    Dry Roast the Red chillies, toor dal and bengal gram for a couple of minutes.

    Remove aside and let it cool.
  3. 3

    Dry roast the remaining ingredients, i.e. coriander seeds, black peppercorn, cumin seeds for a couple of mins. Once done, remove and let them cool for a few minutes.

    Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder, store in an airtight container.
